a Place where I feel the most at peace

 There’s a different kind of peace when I’m in a park or on a football field, either I'm training or writing down my thoughts. I can be by myself our with friends but most time when I'm at a football field I'm with friends. It’s in those times, whether I’m running drills or just stretching that I feel completely in tune with myself and my thoughts . The stress of the day just goes away, and it gets replaced by focus and freedom. Here, I’m not just working out I'm letting go of my stress.
